As part of RIGHT OF WAY, we're creating an online creative community here on Mighty Networks: Coastal Creatives. With this community, we bring together those ready to embrace their creativity and express themselves. We offer content from exciting professional artists, designers and writers, alongside creative tasks and digital workshops. Our aim is to empower each other to discover new paths of self-expression, and celebrate the beauty of local landscapes. This community is for anyone interested in creativity or making - it's for those who draw, walk, write, act, dance, make videos - and for those who have no experience at all!  We offer a space to come and try something new. 

What You Can Do

Our community, content, and workshops are an offer and invitation to you, wherever you are! We’re focused on the ways we can build your creative toolkit and encourage independent exploration of your local landscapes. You'll be connected with like-minded individuals, offering pockets of connection, through shared creative exploration.

Here are a few of the things you’ll be able to do as a member of RIGHT OF WAY - Coastal Creatives:

• You'll gain support and inspiration from professional artists, helping you enhance your creative skills.
• Through participating in creative tasks and digital workshops, you'll be nurtured to discover and embrace creative self-expression.

What We Offer

The following content will be released on this Network:

• Creative Content and Inspirational Tasks: Get inspired by our brilliant creative team of writers, theatre makers, and designers. Build your creative toolkit, and think about ways you can engage with your local landscapes in new and exciting ways. This series helps you explore personal feelings and experiences, facilitating self-expression.
• Digital Creative Workshops: Engage in digital workshops that encourage you to get your creative muscles working. Gain confidence in writing and devising techniques, and become a pro at making and taking video content on your phone - start turning your ideas into reality. 
• Walking and Making: We'll post some of our favourite coastal walks, and encourage you to interact with your local landscapes through creative tasks and workshop materials. Even 15 minutes outside can boost your mood! Share what you find with other community members.
• Exclusive Content from the RIGHT OF WAY Tour: Get exclusive access to content from our tour, including a livestream of our premiere Q&A at the Exeter Phoenix with local artists and academics!
